Tai-Chi 28 - july 2003  8 pm

Tai chi, which is also known as T'ai chi chuan and Taijiquan, is an excellent discipline for a person who is suffering from stress and depression, because it increases the flow of energy, or "chi", around the body as well as promoting relaxation and calming the mind. Practiced regularly it can build self-confidence and decisiveness, and it can also help sufferers to avoid depression in the future.

How it works

Through the practice of slow, fluid movement, correct posture, and breathing techniques, Tai chi increases the blood circulation to the brain and other internal organs, and promotes the flow of subtle energy, chi, round the meridians, or energy points, in the body. This improves the function of the immune system and, as a result, also protects the body from disease. Tai chi also relieves stress by teaching us how to relax properly. The sequence of Movements involved is designed so that the body flows in a single unit, likened to the flow of a river, but the lower half of the body is always firmly rooted in the earth.

Martial Arts

Martial arts such as Tai chi were developed by the Taoist monks living in seclusion in the Wudang mountains of China many centuries ago. Although it is thought that the training evolved over many years, with input from various people, the man most credited with the creation of Tai chi is Chang San Feng. He combined the healing tradition of Chi kung with established movements and breathing techniques used by Taoist monks

There are "internal", or soft, martial arts, and "external", or hard, ones. The internal ones include Tai chi and Chi kung, and the external ones include Kung Fu and Karate. Although both systems have the ultimate aim of improving and developing the strength of our mind, body, and spirit, they take slightly different routes to the same end. Soft styles work on our internal organs first, while hard styles begin by building external muscle strength

What exactly is Tai chi?

"Tai chi" is the name of the circular Yin Yang symbol that has become popular as an emblem of the New Age movement and it represents the principle of balance in all things. The Chinese martial art of Tai chi stems from the ancient Chinese philosophy, Taoism. The most popular internal martial art in the world, Tai chi is practiced extensively all over China, and is becoming very popular in the west. It is also called a moving meditation as it promotes clarity and calm in the same way that mediation does. It helps us to focus on improving our own inner awareness too.

Relaxing Tai Chi generates the flow of energy in the torso with special breathing techniques, then sends the chi off to the limbs and the head by strong waist movements. During this fluids sequence of movement the body is relaxed and grounded, so that tension in the muscles does not impede the flow of chi. If our bodies are in a state of relaxation, then we are also able to relax our minds, and can allow tension and stress to be released.

Yin Yang

The Chinese spiritual philosophy called Taoism, developed over thousands of years, believes that everything has its opposite, or balance. This is easily illustrated: Life and Death, male and female, night and day, and cold and heat to name a few examples. We can't have on thing without the other, and flow of life is determined by the interchange and balance between the Yin and Yang in our bodies.  Illness is thought to come about when this balance is upset. A Yin condition occurs because there is not enough chi or energy. Soft martial arts, such as Tai Chi, can achieve and maintain this balance. so that they not only help to heal us when we are ill, but can also be a preventative measure to stop us getting ill in the first place

Aromatherapy  الروائح - كالونيا  July  25 / 03

The essence of plants has been used for centuries in every culture -incense and perfumes are just two examples. Aromatherapy uses plant essences in a holistic approach to healing; seeking to balance the mind/body energies through baths. massage, vaporization, skin compresses, and ointments. Depression is seen as a state of imbalance and can benefit from the gentle application of essential oils

Sense of smell

Humans are very sensitive to smells. Each one of us produces our own individual scent, known as a pheromone, and we can like or dislike someone, because of their particular odour. A strong part of the bonding process between a mother and her baby is through their sense of smell. Any woman who has had a baby will remember how absolutely delicious their own baby smelled. Our sense of smell also protects us from danger by detecting smoke, gas, or food that has gone off. It can also be the most potent reminder of the past, evoking either pleasant or unpleasant memories.

t has been scientifically proven that smells create a profound psychological and physiological response. A scent stimulates the olfactory system in our brain, which then affects the limbic system (which is responsible for memory, emotion, and learning). Endorphins are also triggered by scents, either to calm the brain or to increase activity.

How it works Aromatherapy works on two levels. The massage technique employed is the touch element and this has been shown, in recent research using PET scans, to stimulate the brain. (This research was done in 1998 at the Institute of Neurology, London, England.)

Aromatherapy is also said to help rebalance the autonomic nervous system (responsible for involuntary, automatic activities such as the heartbeat, breathing, and digestion), which is upset during any illness.

Aromatherapy also delivers the healing properties of each plant's essential oils through inhalation and absorption into the skin.

Lavender

Some oils have multiple uses. Lavender was the oil that first alerted Rene-Maurice Gattefosse, the originator of modern aromatherapy, to the healing technique: he had burned his hand in a laboratory experiment and for some reason decided to plunge his hand into a vat of lavender oil. He discovered his burn healed remarkably quickly and well.

Lavender is an antiseptic, analgesic, and antibiotic, and it also relieves muscle pain, menstrual pain, child colic, and depression. Take a lavender bath before you go to sleep at night or put a few drops on your pillow and you will sleep much more soundly

Hydrotherapy June 7,03 7:00 pm

Water is the stuff of life. Our bodies are made up of more than two-thirds water and we also drink it, bathe in it, steam in it, float in it, watch it, and listen to it, It relaxes and heals us, invigorates us, and cleanses us. We can even be born into it these days. How often have you had a stressful day soothed away by a warm, scented bath, or stood under the shower feeling the tension flow out of you in the stream of water.

Music Therapy  June 7, 03  6:30 pm

Sound, like light has a powerful effect on our emotions. Surrounded by noise, much of it unwelcome and intrusive, it is easy to recognize our negative response to sound. The combination of cars, telephones, and noisy neighbors can send us into permanent low-level state of tension, even if we are not aware of it. But music and sound can also have a therapeutic effect on us.

We all love music in some form, even if we don't consider ourselves to be musical. We might like country and western music, Beethoven perhaps or Umkulthum, but whatever our preference is, we subconsciously respond to it and feel pleasure. Like a particular smell, music can also evoke a time , place , person, or emotion acutely. Many of us play music as a background to our lives; in the car, a shop , restaurant, or have the radio on constantly while we work. But we are not really listening to it. When your spirits need a lift, or you are feeling tense, put on a piece of your favorite music and make yourself comfortable. Don't read or talk, just simply sit back and listen to the rhythm and the notes and let yourself be completely taken over by the sound.

Rhythm and Chants. The use of sound to alter our state of consciousness and promote healing has long been recognized in both religious and spiritual rituals. African and shemanic drumming (also some Muslim Sofie) use a persistent rhythm that continues for hours on end without a break until the listeners are drawn up into the beat. This beating is said to represent the rhythm of life and it corresponds to the beating of the heart. Eventually, the vibrational sound causes listeners to lose awareness of the world around them and experience a higher spiritual plan

There are many different ways that sound is used. The vibration energy generated by chanting is said to respond to the body's vibrational energy to bring about the inner harmony of cells, organs, and energy flow. Listening to soothing music is said to lower heart rate and respiration , and so helps to relieve stress, while stimulating music is said to increase brain activity. The freeform playing of instruments, particularly drums, is a method of energy release and self expression that can improve our confidence. Our response to the music that we love to listen to, or singing without inhibition, releases mood-enhancing endorphins to raise our spirits

Neuro-Linguistic Programming NLP (July 5, 03)

Neuro-linguistic programming seeks to change the way we view our lives by challenging the blueprint set up by our experiences. It teaches us to take control of our thoughts and emotions and is useful in treating many illnesses and emotional problems.

How it works

NLP is based around the premise that when we are faced with illness, either mental of physical, we often lose hope, and if we do this then our bodies also lose the ability to heal themselves. NLP sets out to give us the hope that nothing, including illness, is written in stone. It does this by promoting the idea that we can change our attitude and self-image to make life work for us, ie healthy patterns of behaviour and thinking bring about healthy physical and emotional effects.

We use a combination of our five senses - visual , auditory, kinaesthetic (touch and internal feelings), gustatory (taste), and olfactory (smells)- to perceive the world. According to NLP, we all use these systems differently to create our own map of reality. So the same signal can be interpreted in many ways, based on our own experiences, opinions, and biases. How our map is built affects the way that we relate to the people and events in our lives and also directs the results we obtain from the encounters. NLP believes that we can change that map until we get the result that we want. The varied techniques on NLP, such as word association (anchoring) and watching how a person moves their eyes (eye accessing cues), are used at a  therapist.

Color therapy: (July 2, 03)

We all respond subconsciously to the colors around us. We have a favorite color, know which particular colors suit us, and also make instinctive color choices for different rooms in our homes. Color therapy follows the theory that each color has a vibration energy that can influence our own body energy to promote relaxation as well as the heal.

We each have a physical body but we also have, according to ancient spiritual wisdom, subtle bodies made of pure energy: the enteric body, astral body, mental body, and spiritual body. Our aura is the collective term of theses subtle bodies, which manifest themselves in colors that are invisible to most of us, but can be seen by some spiritual healers. Our auras surround each of us with layers of rainbow colors, and a color therapist is able to see our aura and can make a diagnosis depending on which colors predominate in which areas.

If we are healthy, our etheric body, the one closest to our physical body, will emit a rainbow glow 10cm (4in) from our body. If we are ill, or are about to become ill, our etheric body might be dull, be to close to the body, and contain dark patches that represent blocked energy. Our astral body is said to be concerned with our emotional health, and is seen as a green oval outside the etheric body. Someone who is suffering from depression might have a dull green, or yellow-green, astral body

Chakras and color, Chakras, the seven major energy centers of the body defined by ancient Indian spiritual wisdom, are each represented by a different colour in the spectrum: red for the base chakra, orange for the sacral chakra, yellow for the one on the solar plexus, green for the heart chakra, blue for the throat chakra, indigo for the one located on the forehead, and violet for the crown chakra. When our chakras are our of the balance we become ill or susceptible to illness because the flow of subtle energy through the body is blocked. A colour therapist might focus colour onto a particular chakra to restore its balance, either with colored light or crystals of specific colours

The Invisible Neutral World  sept 11, 2006,

The Invisible Neutral World is home of the Divine Creational Energies, It is the force behind making everything a success. The Neutral World is the Energy World of the Creature.

Neutral forces Loves everything equally, respects all existence. It is the great force to guide all things smoothly and naturally. It is never at rest. It just proceeds toward what is necessary according to the perfect model order for the sake of stability of existence.

This Neutral forces could be looked at as also the higher mind behind everything Good. It is the mind of the parents who take care of their children. It is the mind of the people who wish to keep a stable, peaceful and a better society. This Higher mind (Al Ali or El Elyon) is the efforts of scientists to develop sciences and technology. It is the activity of social movements to keep Nature and the environment in balance in respect to nature and to promote the well being of human society. It is also the philosophical mind trying to find fundamental truth, and it is the true religions that saves those people who are suffering from Ignorance and confusions and to guide them to the right way.

These Neutral forces likes its work to be well done. The Neutral forces are constantly dipping them selves in the Zero World as a source of their life forces and the origin of their joyful energies. This Zero state can only be accessed from the Neutral state, it is the place were The One God reside.

When we make it a rule to maintain Neutral state as part of our life, it can be considered Neutral life. Neutral life opens the way allowing to touch the Zero World and to make the most use of this privilege.

Below are a few of God's names in Arabic, according to my understanding of their meanings. They are God's Functions that manifest in the Neutral World::

Al Jami' - The Unifier or The Assembler

Al Fattah - The Opener

Al Shafi - The Healer

Al Thabet - The Stable

The Invisible Neutral world is very dynamic and active and full of energy, it is the energy world of the Neutral dimension that connect the Zero World and the Existing World. In the Zero state, all information, spaces, time, particles and energy are integrated into oneness to represent the state of perfection.

The information and knowledge contained in the Neutral zone is wondrous. This amazing wealth of information and knowledge includes the history of humanity on Earth, healing energies of light body and physical body, and functions of control and balancing on our physical ever day life and realities.

The Neutral World is located in the other dimensional space but still it is in our physical 3ed dimensional space. There are few people in this physical world who are activating two or more levels of their consciousness: who have open heart and love to access the higher levels of consciousness, enlightened state of consciousness.

Going in the Neutral requires one to have their awareness activated at the highest levels of consciousness. Thus the process of residing in the conscious awareness in the Neutra zone or dimension all time is much much difficult. And those who are able to visit these planes in meditation cannot open records and access information "un distorted " such as the Akashic Records because records can only opened by people of a special spiritual lineage and signature, like the people who were given the gift of the Ark of the Covenant and the rites to go ever closer to this Neutral zone or State.

Entrance into the Neutral world requires a personal wave length signature to be able to enter such higher level of levels of consciousness without being distracted and distorted. Such access or entrance to the Neutral world could be accelerated and facilitated by individuals holding special spiritual auric signatures such as the Samaritans Israelites of mount Gerizim who's ancestors took the Exodus out of Egypt with Moses and Aaron. The Red Aura Of The Samaritians & The Red Aaronic Priestly Garment

The Neutral Way is one of the ways for all existences to stay with The Neutral World and reach stability of perfection.

This state also gives assistance for the purpose of preservation, evolution and freshness in following the way of eternal perfection.

Humans are the privileged ones to take part in perceiving the reality of the Neutral World striving to creat and maintain the harmonized orderly world.
